RARE Guter Trunk Macht Alte Jung stein smoking tobacco pipe collectable German
RARE German “Guter Trunk Macht Alte Jung” stein smoking tobacco pipe collectable. Roughly translated “a good drink makes an old person young”. Possibly made of Meerschaum with unknown type of wooden stem. Stein is inscribed in blue “Guter Trunk” and red macht alte Jung with brass lid which looks like a horned goat on top. Stem end is brass as well. Stem has a crack & broken spot as seen in photos. Small chip on the back of stein. Measures: 1.5″ tall, stein is approximately 1″ wide. Total length 5.5 long.
