Vintage Decatur 24 Tobacco Pipe Holder Display Stand 2 Tier Walnut Rack. This vintage piece is approximately 21″x 10″x 5 3/4. Item is great condition. Could possibly use a thin coat of polyurethane. After a detailed inspection there is an imperfection on the corner shown in last photo. However, we wanted it to be kept in original state as it is still beautiful.
